August 15, QADIAN: India’s 73rd Independence Day was celebrated with great spirit in Qadian with the unfurling of the Indian flag along with a blood donation drive.
Sadr Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, Bharat, K. Tariq Ahmed hoisted the Indian flag at Aiwan-e-Tahir in the presence of Amla members of MKA Bharat and MKA Qadian, and many Ansar and Khuddams.
Apart from members of the community, people from outside were also part of the celebration. Youth societies and few NGOs were among the guests.
Following the flag hoisting ceremony, Sadr MK Bharat delivered an inspiring address on “Love for One’s Nation.”
